No. You just need to build one calendar and then contact one of our MIC experts at 877.558.0616. We will locate your saved order and use that calendar as the bulk template. Then email us your database and we will send you an electronic proof for approval - before printing anything. Please make sure first and last names in your database are separated in 2 different columns in the spreadsheet.
Simple. Just select the type of calendar you would like to order. Then, name your calendar and pick your start date. Now for the fun stuff; start building your calendar! You can also create custom dates and quotes BUT please note ... dates and quotes must ALL be the same for ALL BULK orders. You cannot pick different images, quotes or dates for each individual name. They ALL must be the same for the bulk order. Once you have built the calendar, please contact one of our calendar experts at 877.558.0616 and they will walk you through the rest of the process.
Yes you can! We have a very creative design team that can create covers for you with your company's brand look and feel. Or, we can provide the dimensions for you and your design team can send us the artwork and we will add it to your bulk calendar template.
Once you've built the bulk calendar template, please call one of our calendar experts. Please make sure your database is ready and in an excel or csv file format. Note - first and last names need to be in separate columns in the database.
Well... we can use your photos BUT we cannot personalize the name in the photo. That only works using our library of images.

The deluxe size is 15.5 x 2; the classic size is 9.5 x 1.75; and the desktop size is 4.5 x 1. Please make sure all the artwork is at least 200 dpi and a high res pdf printable file.
Yes. Once you've built your calendar and we've applied all the customization, we will send you an electronic proof for approval.

Yes. When you are creating or updating your calendar, you can adjust your calendar type.
To view all of the images in our large photo library, click Browse our Images and then click on each Category on the left hand side. The thumbnails on the right will display all the pictures in from your selected category.
When you start building your calendar, the quotes for your calendar get automatically picked from our library of quotes. Once you are in the preview stage, you can choose different quotes from our library or you can type in your own quote.
To change the quote for the currently selected month, simply click the quote. The "edit quote" dialog will pop up and you can select your choice of quotes from the quote library. If you prefer, simply start typing in the Quote field to enter your own words.
When you start building your calendar, the events for your calendar get automatically picked from our library of US holidays. If you would like to add your own event, click New Event and a dialog box will popup. Simply add your event info and click OK.
To change the event for the currently selected month, simply click the date. The "edit event" dialog will pop up and you can update your event.
To see all of your events at one time and have the ability to change them, click on the "Custom Dates" tab above the currently selected month. Simply click on an event to edit it.
Yes you can. When you are building a calendar, you can delete any event simply by clicking the event/holiday you want to delete. The "Edit Events" dialog will pop up. Delete the text of the event that you want to remove and click OK.

We can package all the calendars together and ship to your location or we can ship the calendars individually. We just need a database with all your recipients' addresses. Please ask one of the calendar experts about cost.
